How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Hitl_Tech_Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Real feedback! The hair was very soft and silky and I could tell that it was good quality. It was a bit shorter than I was expecting so I will definitely be getting a longer one next time but overall I would definitely recommend getting this hair! The customer service was also top-notch, they communicate very well and often to make sure you got your order and are satisfied with it.
I really liked the wig, although I didn't send gifts, but it's for a next one.

It is a true 28 inch, its by far so worth the purchase!! the thickness is everything!it is thick but doesn't look like a pound of hair piled on top of your head. I love the preplucked edges and the baby hair. When I tell you I felt like this wig was made just for me!! All of those negative reviews I just can't see why!!! Even the customer service is amazing!! I ordered on a Friday evening. I wasn't expecting to received it until the following Friday, my notification said it would arrive Monday!! However due to delays I didn't receive it until that Tuesday!But still that's amazing to have received it 3 days earlier than expected especiallywhen ordering before the weekend. Also I was contacted on Monday by their customer service to see if I had received my package and let them know it was delayed, they told me it would be delivered soon and also what to do if I hadn't received it. Best hair ordering experience I've had so far!! I will order from this company they have truly won me over
THIS WIG SO 101/10 its 30in 13x4 , 180% soft baby this wig GIVESSSS BONELESS literally not stiff and it came pre pluck in the most perfect way i love it & might be ordering another wig from them shipping it came like 4-5 days early
the hair is super soft, no shedding knots are very small & easy to bleach. i ordered a 24in the knots are very small & easy to bleach. placed order on aug.27,it was supposed to come sept.8 but it came sept.1
Wig came fast!!! Super fast ! The vendor kept in contact with me . Answered all my questions . The hair is so soft and full ! It’s suppose to be 28 inches but it’s more like 23 24 inches

Wig was very soft, knots bleached very easily, held curls for 3 days which is good !!!! & it also took less than 2 weeks to arrive . Not very dense or thick but perfect because it makes it flow even more . I will definitely be purchasing this wig again !!
Wig is definitely soft and gorgeous. Smells good. You can tell they put an effort in to wash before sending and the hair is soft, bouncy and full. Length is true and lace is magnificent so far. Will be putting on for Halloween and updating review. Comes with cute headband and cap.
Everything is correct. I took a 16 inch except that it was not long enough as I expected. Delivery in less than 2 weeks. Excellent customer service❤️❤️. I like it as usual. You will not regret it!!

I love this wig!! It’s soo thick, doesn’t really shed at all! True to length! And the vendor was amazing with communicating with me and it only took 3-4 days to receive my wig! The hair is sooo soft and the lace melts soo easily I will most definitely order from this vendor again!

I love this wig I'm actually a hair stylist and I must say that this lace is bomb it's very stretchy . The knots aren't too big . This hair hold curls very well and can take 450 degrees . The knots bleeched really well and the hair took the bleach well and after I dyed it the hair was still very soft I give this wig a 10/10 and I definitely will be purchasing again .
I purchased this wig based on the reviews and price. I was very hesitant because the price was so low but I decided to have faith! Here are the details. 1. As per usual shipping was extremely fast. I received this unit in 4 days! 2. The knots bleached easily.I bleached the knots. I used 40 percent cream developer and one packet of powder bleach. I used purple dye and it took out the brass color from the unit. No issues at all with bleaching the knots. 3. There was no smell and the hair is super duper soft. I'd advise to wash the unit prior to wearing. 4. I used a tint spray to match the unit to my skin tone. 5. The cap is adjustable. 6. The unit can work as a clueless unit depending on your head size. 7. Finally say: if you are looking for an affordable unit, that you can tweak to your liking then I believe this unit is for you!
