Head circumference: 56cm: It fits well (not too tight or slipping). I bought it because my forehead and ears hurt when there’s a cold wind blowing in the morning and evening, and it’s just perfect. It has holes for wearing glasses, which is convenient. After wearing it with a helmet for about an hour and taking it off after riding, there were slight marks from the earband on my forehead.
